Shipping policy

Generally:
Orders take 1 - 3 days to process, during usual business hours Monday - Friday. 

Once orders have been processed, they will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.  Please note, depending on stock levels and availability, your order may be split into multiple parcels.  You will not be charged additional postage. If you're worried some of your order hasn't arrived, check your tracking details on your shipping email/s, or email us at smalldogspot@outlook.com

United Kingdom:
Free UK Shipping on all orders over £30.00. For orders under £30.00 a £4.99 delivery fee will be applied at checkout. 

We ship using standard post which means delivery within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been processed.  We use a variety of couriers depending on price and availability to make sure you get your order as soon as possible and to keep costs low. 

For orders placed within the United Kingdom, please allow 14 days from the point of order for your order to arrive.  If you've not received your order after 14 days, please reach out to us at smalldogspot@outlook.com

Worldwide: 
We currently DO NOT offer worldwide shipping.  We hope to be able to offer Worldwide shipping come 2025.  Check back for updates or join our newsletter for more information.  

Orders placed outside of the United Kingdom will get charged a shipping fee.  We strive to keep prices as low as possible, depending on the size of your order and where in the world you reside will dictate the shipping costs and delivery timescales.  We're hoping to be able to offer free worldwide shipping in the future! 

For orders placed outside the UK, please allow 30 days from the point of order for your order to arrive.  If you've not received your order after 30 days, please reach out to us at smalldogspot@outlook.com
